Meet Leslie and Nicole Simpson, a dynamic husband and wife duo. With over 20 years of experience, Leslie has been passionately designing plans to transform homes and enhance lives, all while getting to know how each person interacts with their space. While major remodels can typically range from $2,800 to $4,500, depending on various factors, we’re here to guide you every step of the way.

THE DESIGN PROCESS
A detailed proposal for the process below will be provided along with a breakdown of the permit services and process based on which city or county you reside in.
Design Consultation
Go over complete process and all steps leading to construction-ready plans.
Phase 1: Design of Floor Plan
Living area floor plans along with interior/exterior elevations drawn out how you want them.
Phase 2:
Bid Phase
Add in details: slab plan, material call outs, wall sections. Plans for contractor bids or take offs.
Phase 3:
Permit Plans
Provide required code, state approval numbers and other code compliant notes for you or a contractor.
