You may not realize that even in the last 5-10 years, residential building requirements are almost as strenuous as commercial projects in the amount of paperwork, details, codes, and drawings needed for the simplest additions.
My name is Leslie, and I have spent over 15 years helping people like you by designing plans to improve their homes and lives. I have worked for almost two decades, getting to know people by learning how each person interacts with their space.
Most major remodels, additions, or small new home plans can cost approximately $2,800-$4,500 to secure a set, depending on many variables, mainly time and complexity. I am happy to walk through the process with anyone to help get the best results possible for your project. Together, let’s make your house your dream home.

Design Consultation
Go over complete process and all steps leading to construction-ready plans.
Phase 1: Design of Floor Plan
Living area floor plans along with interior/exterior elevations drawn out how you want them.
Phase 2:
Bid Phase
Add in details: slab plan, material call outs, wall sections. Plans for contractor bids or take offs.
Phase 3:
Permit Plans
Provide required code, state approval numbers and other code compliant notes for you or a contractor.
