Being a small team, our goals remain consistent due to their broad and enduring nature each year. Given the nature of our industry, these goals tend to stay the same most years due to the frequent changes in rules, regulations, HOA, and FEMA requirements.
In certain states, these changes occur every three years, if not annually. For instance, FEMA continuously updates its requirements after each disaster.
Similarly, we have outlined our goals for 2025:
Reeducate ourselves on architectural changes, FEMA zone updates, and commercial building code standards that have emerged in the new year.
Enhance the visual appeal of our plans by exploring new techniques and improving our detailing skills annually, akin to how two paintings of the same apple would differ.
Expand our commercial presence and further develop our residential projects in the South and North East regions. We have expanded our team to include new states, with more to come soon!
